One of my first visions that the Almighty God sent me was on October 10th 2008, of Presidential Candidate Barack Obama.
The double doors of a beautiful church flew open. I began walking down a long isle and as I was approaching I saw a coffin. Presidential Candidate Barack Obama was in the coffin and "he ROSE UP" and turned swiftly toward me.
2 Peter 1:19-21
19 We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. 20 Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. 21 For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

God did not show me how or when.
Wow prophetical the President is number1 Citizen of the United State and as such Representing the Country and himself!
This talks about the or means that the President or Nation rose up from it's place of been assuming as dead to the coming of the HARBINGER!
